Today is my mom's birthday. She has been gone for almost 9
years, time flies, fun or not. This is
how I remember her:) What a wonderfully
funny mom she was! It is sad that so
many memories by my children (and even hers)
are while she was sick. I remember
her racing my dad, camping at the lake, drinking her most loved Mountain Dew,
sewing and cooking:) She was my biggest fan and dear friend
(having a mom after you finally grow up is truly a big gift!). I miss her and
think of her often, oh she would empathize with my house full of
teengers!! How very blessed I was and
how thankful I am to have tons of pictures and lots of wonderful memories to go
along with them!!
