Scott's Mom

We have been off around our house.

The Saturday night before Father's Day Scott's mom was

admitted to the hospital with chest pains.

Her heart checked our ok but it was discovered that she had

double pneumonia.  We were not surprised they immediately began

antibiotics and working to make her well!

On Wednesday, Scott's birthday, Nancy was sent to CCU (Critical Care Unit).

Nancy was put on 100% oxygen.

Nancy is still on 100% O2 and is in good spirits, but her labs and xrays

have not improved at all.

Scott and I have spent the last week alternating between home and there (3 hours away).

It's been crazy but we are so glad we have been able to be with her and Scott's dad and sisters!

The doctors have stated this could be a lengthy recovery.

We are extremely prayerful that they are able to identify the issues and find something

that will work (thus far antibiotics and steroids are not showing progress).
