Ferrell the Elf

We have an Elf.  It wasn't really my intent.  Seth came home from school telling us all about "Elf on the Shelf" and he was so very excited.  He, my child who does not believe in Santa, believes in the Elf!  He said, "Mom they are so funny!  It would really make you laugh!"  haha....silly boy!

I am thankful Sarah had an Elf that she so nicely loaned.....

Ferrell is Scott's middle name and what Seth chose.  We find it pretty funny since Will Ferrell plays ELF in the movie my kids love.

My kids love that movie and it is likely one of the worst "adoption" story movies I have ever seen:)  But my kids also love Annie and once again....a happy ending but sad beginning and middle!

Our Elf is a little bit mischievous.....he's made snow angels in the sugar and barricaded our halls and doors.....

And Seth's words as he left this morning?? Ferrell better clean all that up!  :)
